Since 1999 the yearly duck race is a celebration for the whole family, with food, drink, music and games in the start and finish area. It is organized by the local Scouts groups.
As always, the first 20 ducks will be awarded with a wide variety of prizes. First price for children is a bicycle from Woom Bikes, for grown-ups a voucher of 1.000 Eur for a kitchen from Dan Küchen.
But the top 20 of the race is not the end of the story. The course through the Weidling brook very challenging and not easy at all for such a small duck. Therefore even the very last duck receives its well-deserved prize.
In addition, there will also be a creative competition. Come dressed as a duck, convince the jury why yours is the best duck disguise and win great prizes.
