For the 19th time, the Africa Days are a lively celebration of African culture in all its uniqueness and vitality. In the middle of Vienna on the Danube Island surrounded by blue water.
Africa is more than just a place in people’s hearts, minds and souls. The event focuses on bringing this cultural experience to life through music, entertainment, fashion, art and many other expressions of culture.
18 days of festival enjoyment – concerts – world bazaar – dances, drummers and musicians on the festival grounds – food & drinks – creative children’s program – exoticism – relaxation and vacation feeling – in the middle of Vienna – that’s what the Africa Days in Vienna stand for.
In addition to an exciting music program we have many new attractions in planning: A chill lounge on the Cairo Square, drinks in the new Kilimanjaro Bar and again “Coffee & Good Spirits” in Café Afrika. The creative children’s program “Once to Africa and Back” with daily changing craft activities sends our little visitors on a journey across the African continent.
